How to File a Warranty Claim

We'll get your vehicle in for a Ceramic Coating Maintenance detail to thoroughly inspect the coating.
If the coating has failed and nothing has voided your warranty, we'll reinstall a brand new ceramic coating on your vehicle — no questions asked.

Is this a manufacturer warranty or a BAD warranty?
It's issued directly by Tanner and Mason Bobbitt as the Bobbitt Auto Detailing guarantee, not a warranty administered by a third-party manufacturer.
Is BAD's ceramic coating warranty better than the manufacturer's?
The two work differently. A manufacturer warranty is typically filed and administered through the coating manufacturer, and honoring it usually requires documentation showing a specific maintenance process was followed. BAD's warranty is handled directly by Tanner and Mason Bobbitt: call or text, we inspect the coating in person, and we reinstall it at no charge if it has failed and the maintenance terms were met — no manufacturer claim form involved.
What voids my ceramic coating warranty?
Three things: running the vehicle through an automatic car wash, running it through a dealership wash, or going more than a month without hand-washing and drying it yourself.

What happens if my coating fails and I file a claim?
